The Changing Role of the Frontline Councillor

This event was held on Friday 16th November 2007 at St. James' Park in Newcastle to launch the Community Leadership and eDemocracy Programme. It was well attended with 84 delegates representing 23 of the 29 North East Councils and Fire and Rescue Services. Around two-thirds of the audience were councillors.

The event was funded by the Improvement Partnership for North East Local Government and ICELE (The International Centre of Excellence for Local eDemocracy).
