ICT Benchmarking report

The Community Leadership and eDemocracy Programme initiated a survey into the provision of ICT by Councils in the North East of England. It was based on a set of telephone interviews with ICT departments in 18 of the 25 North East Councils.

The report describes the findings of the survey, opportunities for developing good practice and sharing and outlines a draft "Silver" and "Gold" standard for the provision of ICT.
